Important: Because Ted-API provides digital credits for API usage, all purchases are generally final. We incur immediate costs from upstream AI providers when you consume credits.

To request a refund for eligible unused credits or billing errors, please contact our support team at service@ted-api.com. Please include your registered email address and transaction ID. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting us first, your account and API access will be immediately and permanently suspended.
