We may offer a full or partial refund under the following limited conditions, evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
To request a refund for eligible unused credits or billing errors, please contact our support team at service@ted-api.com. Please include your registered email address and transaction ID. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting us first, your account and API access will be immediately and permanently suspended.
